Hello! I am a Baltimore-based counselor and music therapist. My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, creating a safe space where you feel deeply seen and supported. My approach draws from trauma-informed, strengths-based, and psychodynamic approaches, and I am an LGBTQ and gender-affirming therapist committed to cultural responsiveness and ongoing learning.
I believe therapy works best when approached with openness and curiosity. Even in the most overwhelming moments, meaningful change can begin simply by showing up. Together, we'll explore what's getting in the way, navigate difficult spaces, and move toward a life that feels more fulfilling and relationships that feel more connected. I love working with clients interested in co-creation, introspection, and self-exploration—helping you draw connections between beliefs and behaviors, past and present, while holding space during vulnerable moments.

Music Therapy
Integrative music therapy sessions that harness the healing power of music to support emotional processing, stress relief, and personal growth. Drawing on years of experience in hospice and hospital settings, I use music as a therapeutic tool for wellness and resilience.
